1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India. Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available on selected products or above a certain order value (as per promotional offers).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you face any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.
5. Delays in Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances). NSXIM shall not be held liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, or if delivery is missed due to recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. International Shipping
Currently, NSXIM ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
