Cancellation & Refund

1. Eligibility for Refund / Return

Refunds are only permitted for items returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. If an item has been used, damaged, or is missing original components, unfortunately, we cannot accept it for a refund.

2. Cancellation Guidelines

Customers are advised to cancel orders as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun. To request order cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details.

3. Refund Terms

Approved refunds will incur a 10% deduction from the total amount charged to account for processing and administrative fees. The remaining 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Process

Submit a refund or return request via our Contact Us page or customer support email. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and a brief reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item delivered was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

6. Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are not supported. If you’d like a different product, please process a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
